100g brown sugar
125g unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
225g self-raising flour
200g chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the egg and vanilla essence.
Fold in the flour, salt and chocolate chips.
Place balls of mix on to a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 14 minutes until golden brown.
