We departed Raymond and Jane and a lovely weekend (especially the walk into Durham) and drove the A66. Glorious views and Ying briefly decided to be my farmers wife!!!
We called in at both the Mainsgill Farm shop and Low Sizergh Barn shop and picked up various goodies, sirloin steak tonight and bacon for the morning
Tonight we dined off sirloin done on the Lotusgrill BBQ (tender) as well as roasted long red pepper also from the BBQ. Top tip: wrap mushrooms with butter and Stilton in tin foil on BBQ for about 10 mins then instead of grilling breadcrumbs just place them on some toast, perfect
